Small business owners impacted by Hurricane Helene are invited to attend a vital session hosted by Hatch Innovation Hub, Venture Asheville, and Mountain BizWorks, designed to help you navigate available funding and relief options. This event will take place from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Hatch Innovation Hub.

In this special edition of the Capital Marketplace, we’re flipping the script once again—this time, it’s about ensuring that small businesses in the region have the support they need to recover and rebuild. Rather than entrepreneurs pitching to investors, it will be lenders, grant providers, and other financial institutions who will take the stage to explain how they can help. Each funder will have a few minutes to present their loan and grant opportunities specifically designed for businesses recovering from the hurricane.

There’s a lot of uncertainty and confusion after a natural disaster, especially when it comes to securing funding for recovery. Our goal is to simplify that process and connect local businesses with the resources that can help them get back on their feet. Whether you need a grant to cover operational losses or a loan to repair physical damages, there are opportunities available.

Following the presentations, there will be time for networking, where small business owners can meet with representatives from various funding sources, ask questions, and learn about the specific requirements for each program. Light refreshments will be provided.

This session is especially important for businesses that have been impacted by Hurricane Helene and are seeking funding in the form of loans, grants, or other relief resources.
